Added option to use an external Video Player
At the moment this is the TouchPlayer
Changed the background of the video screen to black.
Since webOS3.0.2 the video element has an transparent background. So the design background is show which isn't a good idea at all:-)
Fixed that the screen timeouts are removed if you changed to the card view
